Our engineering department is fully
versed in all aspects of turbine blade and vane design
and manufacture.
We are able to create 3D CAD models of
your old blades in addition to any new product requiring
model creation.
3D airfoil models can be created from “X,
Y, Z” tables supplied by our customer if CAD models
are not available.
We also have technology to inspect an
actual part to verify this airfoil data.
The Coordinate Measuring Machine produces
a 3D point cloud that replicates the surfaces of the part.
Using sophisticated 3D modeling tools, we can use these
points to recreate the original part geometry and analyze
the accuracy of the design.
